A wonderful self-catering 3 bedroom 2 bathroom villa just a short walk to the pools! Light and airy all on one level with a nice enclosed terrace area with BBQ. The villa is well furnished and has air conditioning in the living / dining area, also in the 1st and 2nd bedroom (this is chargeable). San Andres Resort has three pools, one that is heated and a children’s pool.

Layout 

The main bedroom has a double size bed, wardrobes, bedside tables with lamps, air-conditioning as well as a ceiling fan.

Bedroom two (2) has a double bed, wardrobes, bedside tables, air-conditioning as well as a ceiling fan.

Bedroom three (3) has 1 single bed.

Family bathroom has a shower over bath, vanity unit with sink, mirror, and WC.

Bathroom 2 has a walk-in in shower, basin, mirror and WC.

Living Room has a L shaped sofa, a coffee table and a smart flat screen TV.

The dining area table and chairs seats six.

The open plan kitchen is fully fitted with integrated fridge freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, electric hob and oven. Everything you need in a self-catering holiday!

Large patio doors lead to the terrace area to which is all tiled. The terrace dining area has a table and chairs for four (4) and a BBQ for your use.

This villa is only minutes away from all three communal pools.

There is a Children's park onsite, tennis court, massage centre, excursion shop, beauty salon and a hairdressing salon. The Golf Clubhouse is just a 5 min walk away from the resort where you can hire golf clubs, buggy hire and lots more.

A 15 minute walk away is San Blas Commercial Centre that has supermarkets, restaurants. bars with live entertainment, hairdressers, gift shops and much more!

Also a 15 minute walk away is the seafront of San Blas which has a beautiful new wooden walkway to the local village of Los Abrigos that has many fish restaurants.

Parking is available on the resort at €5.50 per day. We recommend booking this as soon as you book your stay with us as parking is very limited!
