You will receive a Pre-Arrival email 7 days before your arrival date with all information about check in & check out and how / where to collect your keys.

Yes, subject to availability. Our standard check-in time is from 16:00, and check-out is by 10:00.

If you require an early check-in or late check-out, please let us know as early as possible before your arrival. We will check availability with the property owner and our housekeeping team and let you know whether we are able to accommodate your request.

If we are unable to offer an early check-in or late check-out, we may be able to store your luggage securely until your property is ready or until you're due to leave for the airport (subject to availability).

Please note that early check-in and late check-out are not guaranteed and may be subject to an additional charge.

No. All our properties are self-catering properties which include washing machines for your use. If you would like a mid stay clean this needs to be requested in advance and will be an additional cost.

A 15 minute walk away is San Blas Commercial Centre that has supermarkets, restaurants, bars with live entertainment, gift shops and much more!

Also a 15 minute walk away is the seafront of San Blas which has a beautiful new wooden walkway to the local village of Los Abrigos that has many fish restaurants.

Yes. This MUST be reserved in advance when booking your stay with us as parking is very limited on the resort! This is €5.50 per day.

Yes. All our properties have a welcome pack included. This includes Tea, Coffee, Sugar, Milk, Biscuits, Water, Dishwasher tabs (if one at the property), Bin liners , Sponge , Cloth & Tea towels.

Yes. WiFi is included as standard with every booking.

Air conditioning is available in selected properties only and is not included as standard. Where available, it must be requested at the time of booking and is subject to an additional charge. Please check the individual property listing to see whether air conditioning is available.

Yes, beach towels can be provided at 5.00 EUR per person, per stay. Please request this upon booking.

We recommended you take out travel insurance for both domestic and international travel to cover you for any medical emergencies and/or loss incurred due to being unable to occupy your accommodation.

If your flight is delayed please let us know as soon as possible and we will try our best to accommodate late arrivals.

Some of our properties are located close to the neighbouring golf course or other local amenities. From time to time, these areas may undergo maintenance, renovation or improvement works carried out by third parties.

Unfortunately, these works are completely outside the control of Tenerife Beach Golf. We are not provided with advance schedules or notified where or when work will take place, so we are unable to predict whether a particular property may be affected during your stay.

Whenever we become aware of significant planned works that may impact a property, we will do our best to inform guests before arrival. However, due to the nature of these third-party projects, this is not always possible.

While we appreciate that construction noise can be disappointing during a holiday, external maintenance and renovation works do not affect the quality or standard of the accommodation itself and do not qualify for compensation or refunds. We appreciate your understanding and will always pass guest feedback on to the relevant parties where appropriate.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you experience any issue during your stay. We will do everything we can to resolve the problem quickly. Please do not wait until after departure to report maintenance issues, as this may limit our ability to assist.
