The largest and only detached villa in the San Andres Resort. This property evens boasts its own private swimming pool! With a wonderful floor plan, this villa has great views and sun all day. Ideal for a family who enjoy their own space, but like to have the option to enjoy the complexes amenities as well. Enjoy the views of Gran Canaria from the master bedroom! San Andres Resort has three pools, one that is heated and a children’s pool. The sundeck has chairs and umbrellas for your use. The San Andres Resort is the perfect complex to provide the best and most effective social distancing.
Layout
The living area has two sofas, with large patio doors leading to rear terrace with views of pool and sea in the distance. Television has local and UK channels. The living area has air conditioning. Located adjacent to the living area is a large tiled terrace with 6 sunbeds, a nice lawn and in inground pool (unheated pool). Complete with a barbecue area with large chimney style BBQ and small table for outdoor dining. Very Private!
The Kitchen is fully fitted with fridge freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave, electric hob, oven and dishwasher. Open kitchen/dining area also has patio doors that lead out to the terrace. Air conditioning is located in the living area and kichen dining areas. A utility area has a washing machine and door leading to the garden.
The master bedroom has a King size bed, bedside tables, reading lamps, fitted wardrobes, chest of drawers and an en-suite bathroom. Patio doors lead to the terrace and pool area. En-suite Bathroom 1 is complete with a walk-in shower , WC and basin. Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds, bedside table and lamp, fitted wardrobe and a window with privacy shutters. Bedroom 3 has 2 Queen size beds, fitted wardrobes, chest of drawers, windows with shutters and mosquito nets. Bedroom 4 has 1 Double bed, fitted wardrobes, bedside lamp, windows with mosquito nets and shutters. A door leads to an en-suite bathroom with a walk in shower, WC and basin. The guest bathroom has a walk in shower, WC and basin.
