Sunset Horizon is a newly refurbished, bright and spacious villa offering stunning golf course views. The private terrace enjoys sunshine for most of the day, making it ideal for relaxing and sunbathing in complete privacy.
Located within the family-friendly San Andres Resort, guests have access to three swimming pools, including a heated pool and a children’s pool. Terrace furniture, sunbeds, and umbrellas are provided. Limited on-site parking is available and must be reserved in advance.
The villa features three bedrooms: a master bedroom with king-size bed, fitted wardrobes, ceiling fan, patio doors to the terrace, and a modern en-suite with walk-in shower; a second bedroom with twin beds and a newly fitted en-suite; and a third bedroom with twin beds, ideal for children. A separate family shower room is located off the entrance hallway.
The modern, fully equipped kitchen includes a washing machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer, oven, hob, microwave, kettle, and toaster. The open-plan living and dining area offers comfortable seating, a dining table, ceiling fan, Smart TV, and free Wi-Fi, with large patio doors opening onto the spacious, secluded terrace. Outside, guests can enjoy a built-in barbecue, dining area for six, and sun loungers — all in total privacy
The resort offers excellent on-site facilities, including a children’s play park, tennis court, mini supermarket, restaurant and pool bar, beauty salon, and hairdressing salon. The Golf Clubhouse is just a 5-minute walk away, where guests can hire golf clubs, buggies, and access additional services.
San Blas Commercial Centre is approximately a 15-minute walk and features supermarkets, a wide selection of restaurants, bars with live entertainment, gift shops, and salons. The San Blas seafront is also around a 15-minute walk away, offering a scenic wooden promenade leading to the charming fishing village of Los Abrigos, renowned for its excellent seafood restaurants.
