A popular apartment, this has been recently refurbished with new kitchen and newly refurbished living room, open and spacious. As a one-bedroom apartment it features a high ceiling in the living area with light and sunshine pouring in from every window! This apartment has excellent internet service at no additional charge. Being a corner unit, the terrace in the back is larger and more spacious than other one-bedroom units. You can also use the front door terrace as a place to sit and enjoy the sunset in privacy! Enjoy stunning views of the mountains and nearby pools from the dining table. San Andres Resort has three pools, one that is heated and a children’s pool. The Resort has sunbeds and umbrellas for your use, never do you need to reserve.

The newly refurbished modern galley style kitchen is well equipped with a Fridge/ freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave, electric Hob and an oven. A washing machine is in the utility area. The living room has a large sofa and armchair as well as coffee tables and a flat42-inch TV on the wall.
