Description 

If you are looking for an apartment with a quiet location, where you can enjoy breakfast on the terrace and enjoy stunning open views of the lush palm trees, golf course fairways and then finish the day with gorgeous sunsets in the evening, this is the apartment for you! Enjoyed by many different holiday makers including golfers, couples and those on a long winter break. It has been described by previous guests as home away from home. . The views are lovely over the golf course as the apartment faces west, so there will be many wonderful sunsets. Fully furnished with everything you need. San Andres Resort has three pools, one that is heated and a children’s pool. The Resort has Sunbeds and umbrellas for your use, and you do not need to reserve, so you can relax.

Layout 

The larger than average living and dining area are appointed with two sofas a coffee table, 42-inch flat screen television with many channels plus all the apps like netflix and prime, a glass dining table and 4 chairs. Air con recently fitted (Chargeable). There are also large patio doors leading to terrace with beautiful golf course views. The terrace nicely tiled and is not overlooked by neighboring apartments. The terrace has a table with 4 chairs. The well-equipped recently refurbished kitchen includes a Fridge/Freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave, electric hob and an oven. The utility area is complete with a washing machine . Always a small welcome pack is supplied to get you started on your holidays.

Bedroom one has a double bed, fitted wardrobes, a window with shutters with views of gardens and a ceiling fan. A door leads to an ensuite bathroom with a wonderful rain shower. Bedroom two has two single beds, windows with shutters and views of gardens. The second bathroom is a full bathroom with a walk-in shower.
