The ensuite includes a walk-in shower and double sink, adding a touch of luxury and convenience. There is also an additional toilet located at the entrance of the apartment.

The fully fitted kitchen is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a dishwasher and washing machine. The open-plan living area offers two comfortable sofas, a smart TV, and FREE WiFi, creating a welcoming space to relax after a day in the sun.

Step outside onto the spacious balcony, where you’ll find two outdoor sofas with a table – ideal for evening drinks while enjoying the views – as well as two sunbeds positioned in the corner for soaking up the sun in complete comfort.

The apartment is conveniently located close to the car park and the communal swimming pools, making it an excellent choice for both holiday stays.

A 15 minute walk away is San Blas Commercial Centre that has supermarkets, restaurants. bars with live entertainment, hairdressers, gift shops and much more!

Also a 15 minute walk away is the seafront of San Blas which has a beautiful new wooden walkway to the local village of Los Abrigos that has many fish restaurants.
