Description 

This spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom self-catering apartment has wonderful views over the golf course, Atlantic Ocean, Montaña Roja and Mount Teide. With plenty of sun on the terrace from early morning until sunset.

It is in a great location on the complex, this unit has a private entrance which is on the 1st Floor.

Layout 

The Main bedroom is spacious with a double bed which has plenty of space for a children’s cot if required. The bedroom has fitted wardrobes, ceiling fan, bedside tables with lamps and a window with a great view of Mount Teide. This bedroom has an en-suite with a shower, fitted unit with basin, mirror and WC.

Bedroom 2 has two single beds, bedside table, a set of draws and a ceiling fan.

The kitchen is fully fitted with everything you need including a fridge freezer, kettle, toaster, electric hob and extractor with a built-in oven, microwave and a washing machine.

Bathroom 2 two has a shower, sink basin with mirror and a WC.

The living and dining area has two, three-seater reclining sofas, coffee tables, smart TV. There is a dining table with four chairs in the living area and Air Conditioning. Please bear in mind that Air-Conditioning is chargeable.

Location

A short walk takes you to the amazing swimming pools on the resort with many sunbeds and umbrellas, onsite is a supermarket pool/Bar, Hairdressers, Massage centre, Spa/gym in the Hotel resort recently opened Cafe Med on site. Also on site are 2 children’s parks and 1 Tennis court. Opposite the Resort is the Golf Club House, to book your game of Golf on the PGA golf course.

A 10 minute walk from the Resort is the area of San Blas Commercial Centre, with many Bars, Restuarant’s, shops, supermarkets etc., and then the ocean walk either towards the lovely fishing village of Los Abrigos, or the other way to Amarilla Golf.
