Description 

This is one of the most desired locations in the complex due to the wonderful sea views! Recently repainted and the terrace/patio areas re tiled. A comfortable villa with living room that lead out to the terrace with plenty of room for everyone with you on holiday and fantastic views over the Golf course, and ocean views. ! Perfect for watching the Golfers! San Andres Resort has three pools, one that is heated and a children’s pool. The Resort has Sunbeds and umbrellas for your use, without the need for reserving.

Layout 

Bedroom one has a double-size bed complete with fitted wardrobes and a window with shutters you can open to enjoy the fresh air. The bedroom also has a ceiling fan and a large en-suite bathroom. Bedroom two has single beds with bedside table and lamp, a fitted wardrobe and a ceiling fan. This bedroom also has patio doors with shutters leading to the terrace with views of the golf course. The master bathroom has a bath and a separate shower. Bathroom two has a walk-in shower. 

The kitchen is fully equipped and so it has everything you would need in a self-catering villa. Included is a washing machine and dishwasher in the Utility, a Fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave, electric Hob and oven, plus a welcome pack upon your arrival to get you started. The living area has two comfortable sofas, with coffee tables, television with many channels for all languages, air con (Chargeable)Internet is included at no charge and large patio doors leading to back terrace. The dining area table and chairs seats 4 people and 2 sunbeds.
